Payment and Prices
All prices are current and may be changed in the future. The individual and total price of your order is shown at checkout, including any shipping or payment fees, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment method:
· Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes online shopping simple, flexible, and secure. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best. A key feature of Klarna Checkout is that the purchase and payment processes are separated. First you confirm your purchase, and then you choose how you want to pay — with Klarna Invoice, Klarna Account, card, or bank transfer. All options are equally secure.
The payment terms for each method are also shown at checkout.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery Methods
· Shipping cost is 99 SEK for deliveries within Sweden.
Note: If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered at the door or placed in a bag attached to your mailbox. If delivery is not possible, or if dimensions/weight exceed limits, the shipment will be redirected to the nearest service point.
· Service point delivery: 99 SEK. Delivered to your nearest postal agent.
· Free shipping on orders over 999 SEK.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
Longer delivery times may occur if your order includes special-order products, personalized products, during Black Friday, or other high-season periods.
If a customer wants a partial shipment because one item has a longer delivery time, the customer may email info@kinkandplay.se.
There may be situations where we are unable to complete the order, for example if our supplier or carrier fails to fulfill their obligations to KinkAndPlay AB. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
KinkAndPlay AB is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.
If a customer claims that a package has not been delivered, despite the carrier confirming delivery, a copy of a police report documenting the theft is required before KinkAndPlay AB can compensate the lost products.
Shipping Damage
If your package has been damaged in transit and the contents are affected, the customer must email info@kinkandplay.se with:

We will then open a claims case to assist you in the best way possible.
Returns
To return products from your order, the following return conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, and any seal must NOT be broken, for hygiene reasons.

Any included instructions and documentation must be included in the return.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Returns are at the customer’s expense except for defective items or if we packed the wrong product.
Returns must be sent as parcels, not cash-on-delivery.
If the customer wishes to make a return, they must email info@kinkandplay.se. We will then send a digital return label. The return cost for the customer is 99 SEK.
If the customer is unable to print the return label, the postal service or service point can assist.
Businesses are not covered by the right of return.
Special-order products or products ordered through an approved custom quotation — NO RETURNS / NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
These products are not covered by the Distance Selling Act.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
We follow the Distance Selling Act, which gives you the right to return purchased items within 14 days without providing a reason.
You cancel your purchase by notifying us at info@kinkandplay.se within 14 days from receiving your order (or the majority of it).
The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition, and in the original box.
Note: Special-order or custom-made products are not covered by the Distance Selling Act.
Claims (Reklamation)
If a customer wishes to file a claim for a defective item, they must email info@kinkandplay.se and provide:

If KinkAndPlay AB determines that the defective product must be returned, a return label will be sent to the customer.
Unclaimed Shipments
For shipments that are not collected (or cannot be delivered due to incorrect name, address, email, or phone number), and which therefore return to KinkAndPlay AB, a fee of 200 SEK will be charged to cover return shipping, handling, and administration.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must still collect your package from the service point and return it using KinkAndPlay AB’s approved return label (see “Returns”).
Note: Packages must generally be collected within 14 days (some service points have a 7-day policy — check your location’s rules).
If KinkAndPlay AB sends out the package again at the customer’s request, the customer is responsible for a new shipping fee of 99 SEK.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after we have received the returned product.
You are responsible for return shipping costs when returning the item.

Warnings
We reserve the right to cancel purchases due to incorrect information on the website. KinkAndPlay AB is not responsible for price changes, sold-out items, factual errors, color deviations, or incorrect stock levels.
Privacy Policy
When placing an order with us, you must provide certain personal information. By completing your order, you agree that we store and use your information within our business to fulfill the agreement with you.
According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted. Contact us via email to do so.
